Legal Recruiters & Search Consultants – Greenworth Recruiting

Jason Greenberg

Managing Partner

Jason began his legal career in south Florida practicing commercial litigation and labor and employment law at a large Chicago-based law firm.  After several years of practice, Jason used a legal recruiter to successfully assist him in interviewing for and ultimately finding a new litigation associate position.  While he enjoyed his new role, he kept coming back to his recruiting journey and the overall process he experienced as a candidate seeking new opportunities.  Ultimately, in 2006, Jason decided to go “all-in” and to pivot his legal career into the world of legal recruiting.

As the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of GreenWorth Recruiting, Jason has developed a passion for helping others like him find new, rewarding legal positions on a national level.  He prides himself on making personal connections with the attorneys he’s seeking to help.  His experience both as a practicing attorney and as a candidate seeking placement provides him with the unique perspective and tools needed to understand many different situations and to maximize each working relationship.  With nearly 20 years of dedicated recruiting experience, Jason has successfully placed attorneys all over the country in different roles and in many different practice areas at top AmLaw and Vault firms, Mid-size and Regional firms, Boutique law firms, and at smaller firms.  He also has placed attorneys as In-House Counsel at various publicly traded and private companies.

Jason earned his B.S. from the Florida State University and his J.D., Cum Laude, in 2002, graduating in the Top 7% of his law school class.

When not working, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their young daughter, as well as traveling, exploring new restaurants, and playing with his dog, Bowser.  Jason is also a big football fan and loves rooting for his alma mater’s team, the Florida State Seminoles. He also enjoys playing competitive fantasy football with friends.
